Yes, there are signs directing you to the restrooms at the south end of the building.  There are handicapped restrooms available entering the main entrance of the building.  There is a lift available to bring you to the main level.

We love pets! And for the OUTDOOR markets, your pet is welcome to hang out with you provided they are on a leash and well-behaved.

You know your pet best but please be considerate of others attending the event. If your pet doesn’t do well around children, please consider leaving Fido or Fifi at home. If you do bring your pets, you are responsible for them at all times and you must always pick up after them.

Not all, but most vendors accept credit cards.  There is an ATM inside the main entrance, if you need cash to purchase items.  The Dole Market Bar and Dole merchandise for purchase accepts credit cards.

Yes, there is an ATM located inside the south entrance (black awning) of the building, on the lower level near the restrooms.

While we don’t sell traditional, plastic-type gift cards, we do offer Market+ Money which is sold in $1 increments and can be used anywhere at the Market+, including the Market+ Bar, as well as at any food truck or vendor booth. See the Information Booth to purchase and for more information.

Yes, we have added several bike racks at all 3 of our Market+ entrances. We encourage patrons to bike to the Market+!!

Yes, there is ample handicapped parking available; enter the parking lot from Golf Road.

Yes, motorcycle parking is near the Handicapped Parking. Follow the signs for Handicapped Parking.  Enter parking lot from Golf Road.

Yes, we have two sizes of insulated bags for sale.  An ice pack is included with each insulated bag purchase to keep your items cool.

At this time, we do not accept EBT/SNAP cards at the Market+.

While there is no public transportation that stops directly at our door, taxi or Uber service from the 2 train stations in Crystal Lake are available options.
